X-Trigger
The X-Trigger measures the changes in distance between two points using a binary approach : as a rule of thumb, these two points also serve as attachment points, and are located on either side of the phenomenon to be monitored (e.g. joint or crack). When a predetermined threshold is crossed, X-Trigger changes its optical properties: the information is then immediately transmitted by the optical cable to an opto-electronic converter, OSMOS’ monitoring station.
The event is either automatically located or not after it occurs.
Depending on the budget and risk evaluation requirements, X-Trigger can operate in different modes: "Ongoing", "Sleeping Mode”, and even without cabling.
